Lee Eisenberg, a Penn alumnus, spent seventeen years at , where he served as editor-in-chief throughthe 1980s. In 1983, he conceived and commissioned the magazine's widelyadmired Fiftieth Anniversary issues, including "50 Who Made theDifference," which received a National Magazine Award.
